Studio Rental Policy

Effective March 1, 2012.

All rental fees (minus pre-paid booking fees) are due in full on the day of booking. No exceptions.

A. Non-Refundible Booking Fee Required

The following Booking Fee amounts are required to secure your chosen dates and times. Booking Fees can be paid online via paypal, email transfer, or in person. Dates requested are secured ONLY upon receipt of Booking Fee. Renters must be 18 yrs or more.

Booking Fee amounts are deducted from the total rental cost which is due in full on the day rented.

Booking Fees:

  • 2 hour minimum @ $40.00: Booking Fee is $20.00
  • 3-4 hours (half day) @$75.00: Booking Fee is: $40.00
  • 5-8 hours (full day) @$175: Booking Fee is: $75.00

B. Cancellations

Renters must obtain written confirmation or provide proof of verbal confirmation for cancelations.

  • If a cancellation is made 5 or more days prior to the date booked, rental fees will not be charged. The Booking Fee may be transferred to future rebookings.
  • If a cancellation is made 1-4 days prior to the date booked, charges for half the rental fee apply provided it is more than the Booking Fee. 
  • If a cancellation is made on the date booked or for no-shows, charges for the full rental cost, less the booking fee, apply.

C. Over-Time

Additional time spent in the studio over the time booked will be added to the total rental costs. All efforts will be made to provide 30 minutes between bookings to allow for some overtime. Please check the calendar on the day of your rental for bookings that may come before or after you. A penalty of $25.00 will be added to the rental cost and paid to the customers who are made to wait for others to vacate the studio.

D. Sharing Studio Spaces

Customers who book the studio may opt to share the spaces with other individuals/photographers. The customer who provides the Booking Fee is ultimately responsible for all rental costs, the condition of the studio upon leaving, and any other related situations that may arise during their rental period.
