Renting Our Studio SpacesStudio Rental Rates: $25.00 per hour; $85.00 for a half day (4 hrs); $175.00 for a full day (8 hrs).STUDIO SPACES: Sorry, we are not wheelchair accessible. Main Floor: Large entrance waiting room; large studio space with hardwood floors; northwest facing stainglass windows; cafe style kitchen, full bathroom, max. 20-25 person capacity. Best suited for photography, therapeutic sessions, workshops, small social gatherings, business meetings, private retreat.
Second Floor: Large white walled, carpeted (grey) studio space with an abundance of natural light glow from southeast and northwest face stained glass windows. 10-15 person capacity. Best suited for photography and therapeutic sessions.
OTHER SPACES Summer Barn: Drive-in access, all wood floors and sky lights. Best suited for photography and videography. Cover-All Arena: 130ft by 80ft, well lit, with 200-300 person capacity. Best suited for horseback riding/lessons, sports activities, dog training, large workshops, photography, and events. Cost will vary depending on purpose of use. Trails: Acres of private trails that meander through pine and hardwood forest, fields, and duck ponds. Perfect for photography, horse riding, and day retreats. Spring, Summer and Fall access only. Country Spaces Studio is available for rent to photographers, workshop leaders, clinicians, service providers, individuals, families, and groups. See our Calendar for Availability.
